In the initial session, we will discuss your requirements, I will ask lots of questions and I will explain what we are going to do. Of course I will also answer any questions you may have.

The initial session is designed to allow me to get to know what your goals and requirements are, to decide together in detail what we will be working on and to give you an experience of hypnosis. I still have to meet the first client that doesn’t truly enjoy this!

The initial session will be approximately 60 minutes (or 75 minutes if you also book the 15 minute obligation free consultation). No hypnosis will take place in the first 15 minutes.

In each subsequent session, we will discuss how you are progressing and I will answer any questions you may have. We will also decide together what we will be working on within the session.

Once I have gathered all necessary information we will proceed with hypnosis. I will then bring you out of hypnosis, we will discuss the session and I will answer any questions you may have.

On occasion you will get tasks (homework) to do at home after the session. This is a very important part of the therapy process. Homework tasks are designed to assist you in achieving your desired outcomes in the shortest time possible.

Subsequent sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.

We will discuss your requirements and I will explain how I can be of assistance to you. If it turns out to be something I do not work with, I am more than happy to refer you to another health professional with expertise in the relevant area.

This is hard to say. Some things take more time than others and also some people need more time than others.  In general three to six sessions, yet some people will reach their goal in as little as two sessions where I have seen others eight times or more.

If you need to cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule the next appointment at the time of cancelling, you will not be charged. If you cancel the session giving less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee.
